At Pique Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
